It is understood that the right side elevational and bottom plan views of the second embodiment (FIGS. 7-9) are the same as in the first embodiment (FIGS. 1-6). It is further understood that the rear, left and right side elevational views of embodiments three (FIGS. 10-12) and four (FIGS. 13-14) are the same as in the first embodiment, except for the ribs on the bottom.
