FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the other side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line 4--4 of FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of a shoe in FIGS. 1-4 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
