FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the portion of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of the portion of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the remainder of the shoe is for illustrative purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
