FIG. 1 is a front elevation of a combined bottle and stopper showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation of a combined bottle and stopper shown in the exploded condition;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the combined bottle and stopper; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the combined bottle and stopper.

The portions of the rear and one side of the combined bottle and stopper that are not shown in the drawings do not form part of the claimed design.
