FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a front end exterior surface for vehicles showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation view, the right side being a mirror image that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 and 3 of the drawing are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
