FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a weather vane showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view, with the right side being a mirror image thereof.

The broken line showing of indicia on the tail fin in FIGS. 1and 6, and the broken line showing of potted plants in FIGS. 1and 4, are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
