FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a bird repellant showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the other side view being a mirror image; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The bottom is plain and unornamented.

The broken line showing of wind paddles and a base in the figures is merely for illustrational purposes and forms no part of the claimed design.
