The side opposite FIG. 3 is a mirror image of that figure. The embodiments of FIGS. 7, 8 and 9 is identical to that shown in FIGS. 1-6 inclusive, except for the rectangular area at the bottom of the lens, which depicts the outer visual appearance of a series of adjacent angular surfaces in the lens.
