FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the hanger shown in FIG. 1 taken in the direction of the arrows on line 4--4;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view of the hanger shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of the hanger shown in FIG. 1.
