FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a twisted leg handle for tweezers or scissors, in an open state, showing my new design applied to tweezers; the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view shown in a closed state, the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the side opposite being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 4 is a sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment showing my design applied to scissors; the undisclosed sides appearing the same as the first embodiment except for the more elongate leg portions; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 1.

The broken or phantom lines showing the tweezers implement head of FIGS. 1-3 and the scissors implement head of FIG. 5 are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
