FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a buckle for a wrapping strap showing my new design, the broken line showing of strap is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 shows a front view of the buckle;

FIG. 3 show a back view of the buckle;

FIG. 4 shows a top view of the buckle;

FIG. 5 shows a bottom view of the buckle; and,

FIG. 6 shows a side view of the buckle, with the opposite side view being identical.
