FIG. 1 is a top, front perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevation, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 4 is a back elevation thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken lines shown in FIGS. 1 through 4 are for illustrative purposes only and do not form part of the claimed design.
