Rear view mirror for an automobile
FIG. 1 is a front view of a rear view mirror for an automobile showing my new design which included a center mirror portion and a pair of side mirror portions;
FIG. 2 is a rear view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom view being identical thereto but reversed top to bottom;
FIG. 4 is a left side view thereof, the right side view being a mirror image;
FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view thereof;
FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view with the side mirror portions being slightly folded (the angles and positions of the side mirror portions are adjustable in multiple directions, i.e., laterally, upwardly, downwardly and diagonally); and,
FIG. 7 is a view similar to FIG. 6 but showing in broken outline another rear view mirror engaged by the four holding plates of the claimed rear view mirror. The four holding plates (flanges) extending from the back of the claimed design are vertically movable so that they will fit the height of the other rear view mirror (broken outline) onto which the claimed rear view mirror is intended to be attached.
The broken lines shown in FIG. 7 are environmental only and form no part of the claimed design.
This design is not limited to the exact details shown in the drawings, since equivalents and colorable imitations thereof will be evident to a person of ordinary skill in the art. Thus, within the scope of the appended claim, which is intended to cover only the ornamental and novel elements shown in the drawings, the invention may be practiced otherwise than as specifically shown and described herein.
