FIG. 1 is a right side elevational view of a razor handle showing my new design, the left side being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view of the handle shown on an enlarged scale; and,

FIG. 5 is a rear view thereof.

The broken line showing of the razor is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
