FIG. 5 is a right side view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of a heel insole showing a second embodiment of our new design for use on the left foot, the other views all being mirror images of those of the first embodiment.
