FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an occasional chair showing my new design, having side panels with solid inlay;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevation thereof, the right side elevation being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof, showing the back panel with solid inlay; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
