FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of a combined bottle and cap, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top perspective view of another embodiment of the combined bottle and cap which is similar to the one shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, except for the height of its middle portion, which is shorter; and,

FIG. 8 is a top perspective view of another embodiment of the combined bottle and cap which is similar to the one shown in FIGS. 1 to 6, except for the height of its middle portion, which is higher.
