FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined call button indicator and wall plate for elevators showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, with the bottom plan view being identical; and,
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof with the opposite side being identical.
