FIG. 6 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of the combined bottle and cap that is the same as the first embodiment except for the cap;

FIG. 7 is a side elevation of the second embodiment, the opposite side is the same;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation of the second embodiment, the rear elevation is the same;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 10 is a bottom plan view thereof.
