FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, taken from the right-hand side of FIG. 2, the left-hand side view being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.

The broken line showing on FIGS. 1 and 2 represent tear lines.
