FIG. 3 is a front elevational view of the portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view of the shoe upper shown in FIG. 1; and,

FIG. 5 a top plan view of the portion of a shoe upper shown in FIG. 1.

The broken line showing of the eyelet hole in the oval element and the remainder of the shoe are for illustration purposes only and form no part of the claimed design.
