FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cargo strap roller showing my new design with a portion of a supporting truck and a cargo strap shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of my design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, opposite that shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
