FIG. 2 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side is a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a rear perspective view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a rear perspective view with the rear flap in an alternate position.

The broken lines in FIGS. 1-7 showing the main portion of the cap is environment only and forms no part of the present invention.
