FIG. 1 is a front elevational view showing my new design for a surgical septal piercing instrument;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof with opposite being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 5 is a front fragmentary elevational view of a second embodiment with the lower portion being identical to the version shown in FIG. 1.
