FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevation thereof, the left side elevation is a mirror image thereto; and,

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof.

The bottom of the combined bottle and cap forms no part of the claimed design.
