FIG. 2 is a front elevation of the combined container and child resistant closure, the rear elevation is the same;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the right in FIG. 1, the left side view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view; and,

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view.
