FIG. 3 is a left side elevation view, the right side elevation view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view of FIG. 5;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 5;

FIG. 8 is a left side elevation view of FIG. 5, the right side elevation view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 9 is a rear elevation view of FIG. 5;

FIG. 10 is a front elevation view of a third embodiment;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view of FIG. 10;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 10;
