FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a portable vacuum cleaner having a back rest which shows my new design, the vacuum hose and the person shown in broken lines being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
