FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof, the rear elevational view of the embodiments of FIGS. 7 and 11 being identical;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the top plan view of the embodiments of FIGS. 7 and 11 being identical;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevation view being identical;

FIG. 7 is a front perpsective view of another embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a front elevation view of the FIG. 7 embodiment;

FIG. 9 is a bottom plan view of the FIG. 7 embodiment;

FIG. 10 is a right side elevational view of the FIG. 7 embodiment, the left side elevational view being identical;

FIG. 11 is a front perspective view of a further embodiment of FIG. 1;

FIG. 12 is a front elevational view of the FIG. 11 embodiment;
