FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof rotated by 180.degree. from the position shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view thereof rotated by 270.degree. from the position shown in FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a bottom plan view thereof.
