FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a bottom view thereof; and,

FIG. 8 is a perspective view thereof, shown with the drawer closed.

The broken line illustration shows environmental structure and forms no part of the claimed invention.

The portions of the under seat tackle box which have not been shown or described form no part of the claimed design.
