FIG. 1 is a front view of a waste receptacle incorporating the invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side view of the waste receptacle, the left side being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top view of the receptacle; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the receptacle.

The back of the receptacle is plain and unornamented.
