FIG. 11 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 13 is a top, front and right perspective view thereof.

The indicia on the keys in FIG. 11 are understood to be included in the second embodiment, but are not shown in FIG. 13 for ease of illustration.
