FIG. 8 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken on line 8--8 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view of an alternate embodiment of the control knob, the bottom plan view being the same as FIG. 3;

FIG. 10 is a front or rear, left side or right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view thereof taken on line 11--11 of FIG. 9;

FIG. 12 is a top plan view of another alternate embodiment of the control knob;

FIG. 13 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
