FIG. 1 is a front view of a decorative chandelier with an arc showing my new design, the rear being a mirror image;

FIG. 2 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a side view thereof.

The broken line showing of a decorative lamp in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
