FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a vehicle seat cover with a vehicle seat shown in broken lines for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The partial hatching shown in the views is understood to represent a conventional material and the undisclosed rear view is unornamented.
