FIG. 1 is a side perspective view of the jump rope handle of my claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the remaining side elevational views being identical;

FIG. 3 is a front end view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a rear end view thereof.

The broken line portion of the FIG. 1 view is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
