FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a bottom perspective view;

FIG. 4 is a fragmentary sectional view taken along line 4--4 of FIG. 2; and,

FIG. 5 is an enlarged fragmentary perspective view showing details of the pleats.
