The front elevational view (open and closed), rear elevational view (open and closed), right side elevational view (open and closed), left elevational view (closed), and top right front perspective view (open and closed) of the third embodiment being identical to the corresponding views of the second embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 21, 14, 23, 15, 24, 16, 13, 18, and 11, respectively.
