FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is an enlarged front elevational view thereof, the left side, the right side, and the rear elevational views being identical to the front elevational view shown; and,

FIG. 5 is a top plan view of a second embodiment, the bottom plan view being identical to that shown in FIG. 3 and the front, the rear, the right side, and the left side elevational views being a mirror image of that shown in FIG. 4.
