FIG. 5 is a front plan view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;
FIG. 6 is a front plan view of FIG. 4 pivoted approximately 45.degree.; and,
FIG. 7 is a rear plan view of FIG. 4 pivoted approximately 45.degree..
