FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cellular telephone hands free adapter showing my new design, the cord, telephone and adapter port depicted by means of broken lines being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view of the right side, thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of the left side thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof taken from the front of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof taken from the rear of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 7 is a top plan view thereof.
