FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of the new and ornamental design for cap storage rack, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof and;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof and;

FIG. 4 is a left side elevational view thereof and;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof and;

FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof, and;

FIG. 7 is a reduced perspective view of the new and ornamental design for a cap storage rack.

The broken-line disclosures in the views are for illustrative purposes only, and form no part of the claimed design. The cap storage rack is shown broken away to indicate indeterminate length.
