FIG. 1 is a perspective of a bat holder assembly showing my new design, the broken-line disclosure of a portion of a fence and baseball bat being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;
FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof with an opposite end elevational view being identical but reversed;
FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof;
FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,
FIG. 6 is a rear elevational view thereof.
