FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the combined computer mouse pad and integral user input device showing a new ornamental design therefor on a reduced scale, the broken line drawing of an electrical cord is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevation view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevation view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side is a mirror image.
