FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an offset reversible ratchet handle for installing and removing fasteners showing my new design from the rear, the broken lines showing a flathead screwdriver bit are for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation thereof the opposite side view is a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
