FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a preferred embodiment of the picnic tray of the present invention;

FIG. 2 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side elevational view thereof being the mirror image of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 Is a rear side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view of an alternate embodiment of the picnic tray of the present invention, the remaining views thereof being the same as the corresponding views of the preferred embodiment shown in FIGS 1 and 4.
