FIG. 1 is a perspective a foil slit cutter showing my new design, wherein the broken line showing of the nut, bolt and guard are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a elevational view of a first side thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear plan view being the mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a elevational view of the side opposite said first side; and,

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof.
