FIG. 6 is a front elevational view thereof with the cap removed;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 6;

FIG. 8 is a top plan view of FIG. 6; and,

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view thereof with the cap in a stored position .
