FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of a access prevention device for padlock showing my new design, the broken-line disclosure of environment being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof, the undisclosed bottom being identical in appearance; and,

FIG. 5 is a left side elevational view thereof, the undisclosed right side view being identical in appearance.
